Alexandre Lemille

Alexandre has been involved with the Circular Economy since 2011, as part of the early partnership between Cisco Systems and The Ellen MacArthur Foundation. He then started his own consultancy, Wizeimpact, focusing on resilient strategies, disruptive innovations and proposed a method to prove societal returns.
In 2014, he has developed a socially inclusive version of Circular Economy. Thanks to this suggestion, he was recognized by the World Economic Forum as “Highly Commended” in the Circular Economy Leadership category at “The Circulars 2016”. He was a Guest Member of the Circular Economy Taskforce (Young Global Leaders, World Economic Forum (WEF)) during the year 2016.
In 2017, the independent think-tank, The Chatham House UK, highlighted his work on the critical topic of the Optimization of Circular Value (#OCV), driving the circular discussion towards real value creation in a report called the “Wider Circle”.
In 2018, he was listed as "Top 25" innovative person by ChangeHackers for his proposed insertion of a Circular Humansphere.
Alexandre is the co-founder of the African Circular Economy Network, and is a visiting lecturer at Sciences Po Paris (France) and at the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
