Olivia Prime belongs to the Olivia Business Center business park. The building was designed with the idea of "biophilic design", which means that the office should be friendly to the employees working there, by giving them optimal working and resting conditions. The architects have achieved this by creating access for all employees to the "green" terraces, loggias and galleries for relaxation. Employees can breathe fresh air on the roof terrace.

The office building, as a result of construction and materials used for it, meets ecological standards. The applied three-pane facade allows to limit the influence of external factors on the temperature in the building, thus minimizing the need to heat the rooms in winter or to cool them down in the summer. Windows that can be opened play an important role in airing the building without the need to turn on the air conditioning. All these innovative solutions translate into convenience in using the office building, reducing energy losses and operating costs.

The Olivia Prime office building won the main prize in the Europa Property CEE Investment Awards in the "Office Project" category.
